Julia Beth McElhone - Singer

Owner, Lead Planner + Designer

Julia Beth grew up about 45 minutes north of Baltimore in the Harford County area.  She graduated from Towson University with a BS in Theatre Studies (with a focus in Stage Management) which took her to the bright lights of Las Vegas immediately following graduation.  It was there that she truly found her passion for leading and innovating change through the arts, fashion, and . . . planning!


While in Vegas, she worked various management roles in industries including high-end fashion (ask about her celebrity clientele!), local theatre - in stage management, and began her planning career assisting local planners with social and corporate events.


In 2011, she moved back to the Baltimore area where she worked in sports television and continued with event planning- freelancing at every chance she got, eventually officially launching her own business JB Agency in 2017. 


JB Agency was built on a foundation of determination and passion and it is her promise to dedicate the same love and care for your dreams as she does hers.  Currently,  she has planned over 200 weddings, specialty, corporate, and fundraising events nationwide and is excited to plan 200 more!

Brittany Skinner

Sr. Event Planning + Design Specialist 


It’s all about love for this event planner! Curating unique and creative events, Brittany’s commitment to detail produces unforgettable affairs with memories lasting a lifetime. Her favorite part of event planning- the execution, of course! “When our client first walks into a space and sees their vision has been brought to life- that’s the stuff, right there!” Whether it be a wedding celebration or a corporate party, a retirement send-off, or a celebratory luncheon, Brittany embraces each project as an opportunity to have dreams realized. 


Once a city girl, Brittany recently traded in high rises for a life on the water, spending her spare time relaxing on the dock with her husband, daughter, and silly dogs. She has an unnecessarily large collection of throw blankets, will always accept a glass of wine, and stands firmly by the motto:  Life’s a party; invite yourself. 

Sabrina Miller

Lead Event Specialist


With a passion for curating unique and unforgettable experiences, Sabrina brings exceptional detail and vision to every celebration. Her favorite part? Watching her clients’ dreams come to life. Seeing their reaction when they walk into the space—that’s the magic moment! From weddings and corporate events to milestone celebrations, Sabrina approaches each project with heart, turning visions into lasting memories.


When not planning events, Sabrina's favorite thing to do is read, but also thoroughly enjoys relaxing with her husband and 4 kids, and believes firmly in the motto: Life is better when celebrated.



Meghan Smith Miranda

Lead Event Specialist


Meghan has over 9 years of experience in hospitality, event planning, and marketing. Born and raised in Maryland, she graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park, and began her career in hotel operations before moving over to marketing and events. She has planned a wide range of events, from weddings and holiday parties to corporate meetings and trade shows. She currently works in digital marketing and is excited to get back to her event planning roots. Meghan is detail-oriented with a creative flair. She loves checklists, pretty tablescapes, and a packed dance floor! In her spare time, 


Meghan enjoys traveling, online shopping, and hanging out with her husband and two sons.



Shelby Tittle

Lead Event Specialist


Meet Shelby, a seasoned event coordinator with years of experience ensuring every event runs seamlessly from start to finish. Shelby thrives on the excitement of event day, whether it's sending a glowing bride down the aisle or orchestrating a fundraising walk for thousands. With a portfolio that ranges from intimate gatherings of 15 to large-scale events with over 30,000 attendees, Shelby's expertise spans weddings, corporate functions, community events, and more. 


A lifelong resident of Harford County, Shelby loves spending her free weekends exploring local treasures. Whether she's thrifting at nearby shops, hunting for unique finds at estate sales, or uncovering hidden gems, she finds joy in giving new life to old pieces and discovering stories in the details.

Kadelena Messiano

Event Specialist + Content Creator


Meet Kadalena, a dynamic content creator with a passion for capturing life’s most unforgettable moments. With a diverse background in sports, non-profits, corporate events, and weddings, Kadalena’s keen eye gives her the ability to recognize the perfect shot at just the right time. She specializes in what she calls “movie montage moments”—those rare, cinematic scenes where everything aligns perfectly, enhanced by that one song that makes it all come together. Kadalena’s mission is to bring those moments to life, turning them into lasting memories.


By day, Kadalena serves as a Marketing & Development Coordinator for a non-profit, where her creativity and organizational skills make an impact. When the weekend comes, she shifts into her role as a content creator, whether capturing stunning photos with her Canon or shooting dynamic video content with her phone at events. From meaningful charity gatherings to vibrant celebrations, Kadalena brings her unique perspective and expertise to every project she takes on.
